Bio
Yura Kim, is a South Korean artist born in 1987 and currently residing in Kobe, Japan. Her creations span the media of painting, digital art, video, photography, and installation art. This multidisciplinary approach mirrors her artistic viewpoint, which is a synthesis of the many cultures and environments that have influenced her life. Her creations, as diverse as they are, share a common goal: to raise awareness about pressing issues, like environmental pollution, as well as often overlooked social phenomena. Through her art, she aims to engage viewers in a deeper understanding of these challenges, fostering a sense of responsibility for change.
